Pace Environmental Law Review (PELR)—a legal publication affiliated with the highest-ranked Environmental Law Program in the nation—is committed to publishing influential and innovative scholarship in the field of environmental law, including natural resources law, energy law, administrative law, land use law, and all related fields.
PELR welcomes articles focusing on environmental law written by legal scholars, university and law professors, and all members of the legal profession.
Please note the following submission limitations:
Essays: Approximately 12 - 25 double-spaced pages including text and footnotes (3,000- 6,250 words)
Articles: Approximately 25 - 50 double-spaced pages including text and footnotes (6,250- 12,500 words)
Articles exceeding 70-75 double-spaced pages will only be published in unusual circumstances
